We're hiring a Landing Page Designer to build high-converting DTC funnels and product pages that turn browsers into buyers.

Imagine building digital experiences that appear in front of thousands of shoppers each day and actually help them convert. In this role, you won’t just design good-looking pages. You’ll create persuasive, conversion-focused web experiences and high-performing product visuals across multiple eCommerce brands. You’ll be responsible for designing landing pages, product pages, funnel assets, Amazon listing visuals, and AI-assisted product imagery that support both brand perception and sales performance.

You’ll be joining a fast-scaling eCommerce incubator behind multiple high-performing brands, each built from the ground up with data, design, and performance at its core. With a proven formula for growth and innovation, this incubator thrives on launching and scaling products that shoppers actually want. This is a full-time, remote contractor role supporting a team working in the CEST timezone. Ideally, you should be able to work from 10:00 to 18:00 CEST, as the design process requires close team sync, fast reactions to urgent requests, quick comment resolution, and smooth collaboration throughout the day.

Here's what your day-to-day will look like in this role:

  • Design D2C funnel assets, landing pages, product pages, Amazon listing visuals, and other eCommerce creative assets from brief to final handoff
  • Use Figma to develop layouts, wireframes, responsive designs, and final production-ready files
  • Translate product briefs into clear, persuasive, and visually strong digital experiences
  • Create and refine product-related visuals, including AI-generated imagery, lifestyle-style visuals, and supporting creative assets
  • Work closely with developers to prepare design assets, clarify implementation details, and support smooth handoff
  • Move quickly through feedback cycles, comments, iterations, and urgent requests
  • Manage tasks in ClickUp and keep work moving within weekly sprint cycles
  • Switch between different tasks, products, and brands throughout the day while maintaining focus and quality
  • Ensure all designs meet brand, performance, and technical standards across formats
  • Collaborate with marketers and copywriters to align on funnel strategy, messaging hierarchy, and conversion goals

02 // THE BAR

What we're looking for.

3+ years design experience, 1.5–2 years in-house.

At least 1.5 - 2 years working in-house at a DTC or eCommerce brand. Mid-level or senior only - no juniors.

Figma expert.

Components, design systems, responsive layouts, and clean developer handoff. Figma is your primary tool.

eCommerce & DTC experience.

Experienced in web design, DTC funnels, landing pages, product pages, or conversion-focused digital experiences.

Adobe Creative Suite.

Photoshop and Illustrator for product visuals, listing images, and supporting creative assets.

AI generation tools.

Comfortable using Nano Banana Pro, GPT Image, and other latest image-generation models for product visuals.

Conversion mindset.

You design for performance - CVR, A/B testing, funnel logic. Strong visual taste for product photography and eCommerce imagery.

Fast mover.

Weekly sprints, quick iterations, multiple brands and tasks switching throughout the day. Detail-oriented and deadline-reliable.

Strong communicator.

Works well in feedback loops, remote collaboration, and applies feedback quickly and consistently.

  • If your portfolio shows only logos, brand identities, or social posts.
  • If you've never designed a landing page, product funnel, or eCommerce page.
  • If you've only worked at agencies with no in-house DTC or eCommerce experience.
  • This role requires mid-level or above. If you have under 3 years or under 1.5 years in-house.
  • If you struggle with weekly sprints, urgent requests, or switching between multiple brands daily.
  • The team works 10:00–18:00 CEST. If you can't cover at least a partial overlap.
