ECOM OPERATORS // CRO MANAGER RECRUITMENT
We're hiring a Head of Hardware to build a medical-grade wearable designed specifically for older adults, helping millions of people live healthier and more independent lives.
Our paid spend lands on dozens of landing pages across 10 brands. Half a point of CVR lift is real money — and a death cycle if it drops. We need someone who lives in the test queue, knows what to test, and reads results without lying to themselves. If you've run 50+ A/B tests with winners to show, keep reading.
Apply Now →01 // WHO WE ARE
Ten brands. Hundreds of pages. One test queue.
Every brand has multiple funnels. Every funnel has multiple LPs. The CRO Manager owns the prioritization queue, runs the tests, and partners with media buyers + copywriters to ship what wins. We don't test for sport — we test to compound CVR over time.
Our Head of Hardware doesn't ship prototypes for demos. They take medical-grade wearable technology from concept to mass production.
02 // THE BAR
What we're looking for.
Shipped a health wearable.
You have taken a wearable device with biosignal sensing from prototype to mass production.
Owned hardware end-to-end.
From architecture and prototyping through manufacturing and production.
Deep biosignal expertise.
Strong experience with PPG, ECG, analog front-end design, and signal processing.
Embedded firmware experience.
You can build reliable real-time systems, sensor fusion, and low-level device software.
Medical-grade quality mindset.
Experience validating devices and delivering products that meet high accuracy standards.
Manufacturing leadership.
You have worked directly with factory and manufacturing partners to bring products to market.
Strong English.
Test plans and result memos that get read.
Bonus: advanced wearable technologies
Experience with blood oxygen sensing, skin temperature, motion sensors, ultra-low-power design, or cellular connectivity.
03 // FILTER
Don't apply if:
- You've never taken a wearable device from prototype to mass production.
- You lack hands-on experience with biosignal sensing technologies such as PPG or ECG.
- You've only worked on isolated hardware components and never owned a product end-to-end.
- You're uncomfortable making critical technical decisions across hardware, firmware, connectivity, and battery systems.
- You prefer strategy without execution. This role requires both.
- You don't enjoy working directly with manufacturing partners to solve real-world production challenges.
