01 // WHO WE ARE

Six brands.

We are looking for a Head of Email Marketing to own retention revenue across our portfolio of six DTC brands. This is not a project management role. You will be responsible for the performance, strategy, infrastructure, and growth of our email marketing channel. While execution support may come from external agencies and internal resources, you are the owner of the outcome. You will be expected to understand exactly how email contributes to revenue, customer lifetime value, repeat purchase behavior, and overall business growth. You will set strategy, identify opportunities, make decisions, and hold partners accountable for execution. The agency is an extension of your team—not the driver of the program.

What we're looking for.

Strategic Performance Analysis

Analyze campaign and flow performance. Identify winning and losing messaging angles. Understand customer behavior patterns.

Revenue & Retention Ownership

Own email marketing as a revenue channel across six DTC brands. Drive retention revenue, repeat purchase rate, customer lifetime value, and subscriber monetization.

Reporting & Forecasting

Build and maintain reporting systems that provide visibility into: Revenue contribution Flow performance Campaign performance Retention metrics

Lifecycle Marketing & Automation

Own all email flows and automated customer journeys. Ensure flows are strategically designed, continuously optimized, and aligned with customer behavior.

Campaign Planning & Execution

Develop and maintain campaign calendars across all brands. Ensure promotional activity aligns with inventory, seasonal opportunities, launches, and business priorities.
