We're hiring a Campaign Coordinator

01 // WHO WE ARE

Daily campaign launches.

We moved our retention and email program in-house. Flows, automations, campaigns, design, all of it lives with our team now. We need a coordinator who owns the campaign side day to day and runs it alongside our retention lead. This is a build role, not a maintenance one. You'll have real ownership of what goes out and a direct hand in how the channel grows.

The job

Campaigns are the focus. You'll brainstorm the calendar with the team, shape the brief, hand it to design, then build and ship it in Klaviyo. When it's quicker to design it yourself, you do. You keep the calendar moving and nothing slips, and you treat every send as a chance to learn something we can use next time.

In a typical month you'll

Turn the shared plan into a concrete send schedule and keep it on track Write briefs a designer can actually use, or build the design yourself when that's faster Set up campaigns in Klaviyo: segmentation, personalization, QA, and send Run A/B tests on subject lines, offers, and creative, and act on what they tell you Keep an eye on deliverability, list health, and how campaigns play with the flows Report back on what worked, spot the pattern, and bring the next idea
