We're hiring a Accountant — QuickBooks Online Owner
The Accountant will act as the group's QuickBooks Online ("QBO") owner, with accountant-level access across all 10 of Acentecom Group's operating entities (each a separate QBO company file, kept consistent through a shared chart-of-accounts naming convention). The role starts part-time and is expected to transition to full-time around day 30, following the structured 30/60-day onboarding plan. It combines hands-on bookkeeping ownership with a path toward general controllership as scope expands.

Our finance function is being built out. The Bookkeeper sits underneath the Head of Finance, owns daily / weekly reconciliations, monthly close, and the AP/AR cadence. They're the keeper of clean books across 10 entities.

What we're looking for.
Quickbooks
Materialize the new Chart of Accounts ("COA") in QuickBooks, replicated identically across all 10 entities (same account codes, differentiated by a company prefix)
A2X Account
Review and correct the A2X account mapping for every entity and sales channel (Shopify and Amazon), line by line — sales, shipping, discounts, refunds, gift cards, tips, sales tax, fees, adjustments, and chargebacks.
Processors
Evaluate and begin implementing a more automated connection between payment processors and QuickBooks, reducing today's manual process
Admin
Provide broader administrative and operational support, including contributing to a Bill Payment approval-and-release workflow
Strong English (written).
Clean notes + reports.
Group's controller
As the role matures (weeks 5–8+), operate as the group's controller for recurring finance operations, support the rollout of the new inventory/ERP module, and take on ad hoc finance work as scope expands
